Initially by recommendation from a friend who had used their services. Then used the two services for probate and property sale. Both very professional and friendly lawyers, and were able to answer all my questions that was presented to them. They put me at ease through the whole processes from just their knowledge and advice, so thank you both so much for making the process less stressful during such difficult times.

Excellent experience with Roo! I heard so many me horror stories about the process of buying a flat, coupled with the fact that it was my first time and there’s endless jargon, but Roo made the process totally tolerable (I say tolerable because I still think the process itself is ridiculously slow in this country). She always responded to me quickly and took phone calls when I requested to understand some elements in greater detail. She explained things to me in a patient way, and made sure I was always aware of where she was in the process. When I did give a deadline for completion she worked to that date and we achieved it, which I really appreciate. HIGHLY recommend Roo for anyone looking to purchase a property but especially if it’s your first time and you’re feeling overwhelmed – her support definitely helped. 5/5 stars, thank you Roo!
